Gary Olsen, author and cinephile, returns to ElderStudy to discuss screenwriter and director Billy Wilder and his films. Wilder is one of Hollywood‘s most highly respected screenwriters and film directors because his large body of work influenced several cinematic genres, including film noir, satire and social commentary, generally in a humorous vein. We‘ll describe this filmmaker‘s fascinating life with clips from his movies.
